Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. You will be notified of any significant delays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • UK Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • UK Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs, carrier issues, or peak seasons.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Please note:

  • Customs fees, import taxes, and duties are not included in our prices.

  • These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Sahari World is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already shipped, Sahari World cannot guarantee recovery or replacement.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Sahari World is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
